YOU CAN HELP - just phone 334-1352 or come by the office

Volunteers are always needed. You can help once a week, once a month, every weekday, or just call in some morning to see if help is needed if you don't like scheduling ahead of time.

Delivering meals: Two people deliver around 25 to 35 meals using one of the senior center vans. One person drives and the other takes the meals to the door. You can go with an experienced driver who knows the route if you'd like to be a driver. Call the center or ask in the office if you'd like to give it a try.

There are lots of activities at the center, so there are many ways to help. You can help run some of them, bring an item for the boutique or Thursday rafffle, volunteer at the front desk or in the kitchen, or help in other ways.

You can help as frequently or rarely as fits your schedule. If you do not want to commit regularly, call the office to offer to help.

Volunteers waiting to deliver meals

On August 9, 2019, 14 SEMO students spent the day washing the window awnings, spreading mulch and washing windows. Thanks to Jim Welk and Michael Riggs for helping drag out hoses, ladders, and more for the students.
